Good tournament and this time has attracted a good size of overseas participation. However, somethings should be a given especially if it's an event of this nature :
1. Restring services, sale of eyewear - these are essentials in the tournament and there are people bound to snap the strings or break / lose their eyewear. A small service area could have been set to facilitate this. From a business point, makes sense as well.
2. To have a proper medic on site dedicated to the players. These are important must haves even more so in an international tournament.
3. The winning medals needs to be looked at. It seems like a lot of medals were produced had high quantity and this is being recycled every year. At least champions should be given a more substantial medal. Afterall it is an international tournament.

Congratulations and thanks to the organisers for another excellent tournament. I cannot praise the team behind the scenes highly enough. There was a lot more drama and controversy than last year, but it was all handled calmly and efficiently.
Our only gripe was the cost of the tournament T-shirts. Most tournaments that we attend include a tournament T-shirt in the cost of entry - an additional $55 for a T-shirt is way too much. They do not need to be top quality - kids collect them by the dozen and grow out of them in no time.
